Brighton Road, Croydon
A new development providing 79 affordable apartments for shared ownership and affordable rent, flexible commercial space, parking facilities and ELV charging.
This project consisted on various elements including supply and install of Fire and Smoke Extraction systems, Access Control Systems, CCTV, TV Installations, Lift and Solar Works.
Works also included fit out of commercials unit’s.
Waldram Crescent, Lewisham
A new development in Waldram Crescent, Lewisham, consisting of a six-storey building with 22 shared ownership apartments and commercial space on the ground floor.
This project consisted on various elements including supply and install of Fire and Smoke Extraction systems, Access Control Systems, CCTV, TV Installations, Lift and Solar Works.
Belvedere Police Station
A development of 26 apartments for London Affordable Rent, built on the former site of Belvedere Police Station featuring a new part four, part five storey building with associated parking, and landscaping.
Bayheath House, Petts Wood
A development compromising of 25 apartments on a vacant former 1960s office building. The existing offices will be converted and a part one, part two-storey roof extension will provide further accommodation. The project will also provide associated car parking and cycle spaces, hard and soft landscaping, refuse and recycling stores.
St Mary’s, Greenhithe
A new estate on a former Network Rail site consisting of 35 apartments and 18 houses for affordable rent and shared ownership. The construction of a new access road, parking spaces, bicycle spaces and playground created a new community in Kent.
Albany House, Kingston
A development of 41 apartments for shared ownership and affordable rent, built over five storeys which will include car parking spaces and cycle store spaces for residents.
Rookery Lodge, Rochester
A development of 14 units, including two and three bedroom houses and two over 55’s one bedroom flats, each benefiting from a garden and parking.

St Cleres School
St Clere’s School is a coeducational co-operative secondary school with academy status located on the outskirts of Stanford Le Hope, Thurrock, Essex. Working in conjunction with Local Authorities to rectify ceiling Reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (Raac) issue by removing and reinstating existing electrical services.
European Springs
The UK’s widest range of compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs and gas springs. European Springs and Pressings Ltd have been in operation for over 70 years. A growing business requiring additional work space and equipment. A&E ensured the smooth installation of power and lighting without disruption of manufacturing processes. We also upgraded their networking and car charging facilities.
